Creating a better environment for the refrigeration and air conditioning industries in Libya by proposing and implementing country policies for small, medium and large industries and building general awareness for members of the importance of the refrigeration and air conditioning sector as a driving force for the economy and the importance of the challenges faced by this important industry while developing labor relations so that businessmen and workers become the main launching pads for the refrigeration and air conditioning industries. Accordingly, the system of legislation and laws must be developed to ensure the implementation of the vision and to safe the rights of members, taking into account quality standards and compatibility with local and international specifications.
And enhancing the role of the private sector to help confront the problem of unemployment, as well as enhancing industrial integration and increasing competitiveness by helping companies introduce the latest technology and activating the technological centers affiliated with the Ministry of Industry and the role of research and development in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector, providing technical support and technology transfer, and increasing and deepening local manufacturing with the participation of technical education and vocational training.
